New Program: Individual and Guided Intuitive Eating Program

This spring, join, Elizabeth Beil Nutrition, on a journey to break up with your diet and to help cultivate a healthy and satisfying relationship with food.

The 6-week online class will focus on the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating (IE) for nourishing a healthy relationship with food and your body. For this program we will be using the IE workbook.

The Intuitive Eating Workbook: Ten Principles for Nourishing a Healthy Relationship with Food (A New Harbinger Self-Help Workbook) - Kindle edition by Tribole, Evelyn, Resch, Elyse, Tylka, Tracy. Professional & Technical Kindle

Principles include: 1. Reject the Diet Mentality 2. Honor Your Hunger 3. Make Peace with Food 4. Challenge the Food Police 5. Discover the Satisfaction Factor 6. Feel Your Fullness 7. Cope with your Emotions with Kindness 8. Respect your Body 9. Movement… Feel the Difference 10. Honor your Health- Gentle Nutrition.

For the first week we will be going over the IE assessment, going through the introduction and addressing any questions you may have. The following 5 weeks will include going through 2 principles at a time and having discussions around these principles in how they fit you and your nutrition goals.

The goal of the program is to start familiarizing yourself with IE and understanding what it can do for you and your relationship with food. The goal of this program is not that you will be an intuitive eater at the end (you might be and that is great!) but more or less to help change your mindset around nutrition, diet culture and start to plant some seeds.

This wasn’t because I wasn’t working hard enough at them, it was that I had made them too unattainable for that time period, or I had made them vague.
