How frequently will I meet with EBN?

Most clients will be able to meet with Elizabeth 2-3 times for most medical nutrition therapies (i.e meeting for diabetes, disease, etc.) If behavior change is required, this could take a few more sessions, it depends on what is necessary to achieve long-term success.

Where do you meet with EBN?

Elizabeth is currently only seeing clients via Zoom.

How much does meeting with EBN cost?

Does EBN offer groups support?

Yes! Monthly nourishment supports are offered as well as intuitive eating support groups several times throughout the year.

Does EBN accept insurance?

Not currently. But I can write a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I also accept HSA and FSA, and all major credit cards. I can also do payment plans.

How do I schedule an appointment with EBN?

What is EBN's nutrition philosophy?

Elizabeth believes that recovery is possible for everyone. She believes in food freedom and neutrality, with a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach and hopes for intuitive eating for all of her clients. She is an anti-diet dietitian!

Do I need to work with a therapist?

Elizabeth strongly encourages if you have been diagnosed with an eating disorder that you are working with a therapist. This can also be discussed further in a session.

What is on-boarding like with EBN?

Once you have paid for your initial session, you will receive 3-4 forms to fill out. 1. Nutrition assessment 2. EAT-26 3. New client contract 4. ROI (if applicable)
