Intuitive eating is a philosophy of eating that makes you the expert of your body and its hunger signals. Essentially, it’s the opposite of a traditional diet. It doesn’t impose guidelines about what to avoid and what or when to eat.

  • When: Starting when you are ready to start! 6 week program via Zoom approximately a 1 hour session per week
  • Who: Anyone wanting to “ditch the diet.” Form a more positive and intuitive relationship with food.
  • Books are not included: Intuitive Eating: A Revolution Anti-Diet Approach and Workbook
