Once I receive payment of your chosen package, I will send you an email detailing the next steps!

I currently do not accept insurance, but I am able to write a Superbill which you can present to your insurance company for reimbursement.

One Time Nutrition Counseling

What is included in the One Time Nutrition Counseling Session: 

  • (1) 75-90 minute personalized nutrition consult
    • Discussion includes, but not limited to past: diet, exercise, and medical history
    • Developing short- and long-term successful nutrition goals
  • Follow up via Google Forms with in-depth questions and follow up discussion
  • Sessions via Zoom due to COVID-19
  • Additional follow up packages can be purchased and can be discussed at your initial consult and will be sent via invoice
    • 30 minute follow up session $45 | 60 minute follow up session $65

1 Month Nutrition Coaching Package

It’s time to make your nutrition and wellness goals a reality!

1 Month Nutrition Coaching Package includes:

  • Week 1: 75-90 minutes. Comprehensive nutritional assessment. Educational materials provided to implement and use. Setting short-term and long-term goals. Personalized nutrition needs.
  • Weeks 2-4: 45-60 minutes. Weekly telehealth calls to review the week with mid-week check in’s. Continuing to review goals and next steps.

Sessions do not have to be every week. Sessions could be broken up for every other week or once a month for 4 months.


3 Month Nutrition Coaching Package
